Safety precautions for liquid filling machine operation:
(1) Before starting up the liquid filling machine, check the grounding wire of the equipment, check for any air leaks in the moving pipeline, and check for any ruptured air pipes;
(2) Clean the filling machine equipment well, keep the surface of the filling machine clean, often remove the accumulated material on the scale body, and pay attention to the cleanliness inside the electric control cabinet;
(3) Replace the lubricating oil for the motor every year, check the tightness of the chain, and adjust the tension in a timely manner;
(4) During production, it is necessary to frequently inspect and observe the filling machinery components to see if rolling, lifting, and loosening of screws are normal;
(5) The sensor of the liquid filling machine is a high-precision, high sealing, and high sensitivity equipment. It is prohibited to collide or overload, and must not be touched during operation. It is not necessary for maintenance
