Firstly, before the operation of the hose filling and sealing machine, the metering pump needs to be left idle for a few minutes to eliminate any air bubbles inside the filling valve tube. The filling accuracy can only be guaranteed when the filling pressure is stable and there is no spraying during filling.
Secondly, if the filling and sealing machine cannot eliminate bubbles in the tube for a long time during the filling process, it is necessary to check whether there is any leakage in the filling pump, whether there is a problem with the piston sealing ring in the filling material cylinder, and whether there are problems with other sealing parts.
Thirdly, if there are many particles and impurities in the filled material, and there is a problem of inaccurate filling accuracy, it is necessary to check whether there are impurities stuck in the valve plate, which leads to incomplete closure of the one-way valve and inaccurate filling volume.
