2. Negative pressure canning method

This type of filling and sealing machine generally has a simple structure, but the sealing between components is good, and there is no significant standard for the thickness of materials. It can complete the production and processing of products such as syrup, oil, sauce, etc.
3. Pressure canning method
This type of canning is carried out under conditions higher than atmospheric pressure. One type uses the pressure inside the storage tank to be equal to the pressure in the bottle, and the liquid material flows into the bottle by its own weight, also known as isobaric canning. In addition, there is a type that adds a power assisted piston at the top of the storage tank to assist in completing production and processing. Common canned products include beer, champagne, carbonated beverages, etc.
