Today, I have summarized four common problems and solutions for fully automatic capping machines:
1. The failure of automatic switches caused by drift in the operation of micro switches or photoelectric switches. For such faults, the working position of the position switch or photoelectric switch can be adjusted, or the switch can be replaced.
2. The short-circuit between the electric winding and the shell, as well as the short-circuit between the motor wiring and the grounding wire, causes an external current during startup. This fault can be used to check the motor and whether the relevant wires are loose
3. The acceleration time setting of the capping machine is too short and the electric shock capacity exceeds the capacity of the frequency converter, causing overcurrent faults during acceleration. The F001 value can be set for an appropriate duration, and the capacity of the motor cannot be changed arbitrarily.
4. The high voltage during operation caused by excessive fluctuations in power supply voltage can be easily solved by adding a reactor to the power input or reducing the power supply voltage appropriately.
